Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven supply chain professional to manage end-to-end PO execution and material planning within the Global Fulfilment organization. You will place, track, and expedite POs, and proactively manage backlog to ensure on-time supplier delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with minimum 6 years in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, or related field; or high school diploma with 7+ years experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, PO execution, or planning.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, Axapta, or BaaN).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and time zones.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and/or Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement familiarity.
• Ability to analyze and resolve supply/schedule problems independently.
• Project management skills to lead small-to-medium improvements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable.
• Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PO execution and material planning.
• Place, track, and expedite purchase orders; manage backlog.
• Resolve delivery risks, schedule changes, and quality issues.
• Maintain ERP data for POs, dates, quantities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, and Sourcing to resolve bottlenecks.
• Support onboarding and training of junior team members.
• Lead small-to-medium process improvement initiatives.
• Improve on-time delivery, lead times, and planning accuracy.
• Communicate complex supply issues to stakeholders; build consensus.
• Escalate issues requiring broader input.
