Amazon Leo is shaping a global satellite-powered internet service. We seek a Senior Product Manager – Technical to define requirements, align features across NTN handset vendors, and drive the roadmap for a scalable satellite-to-handset ecosystem.
You will work with satellite RAN, Core, and 5G handset teams to ensure 3GPP-aligned protocols, low latency, and high reliability while managing cross-functional delivery and customer-focused outcomes.
Amazon Leo is building the world's most advanced low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite constellation to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the globe. As part of this mission, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical (PMT) to define product requirements, lead feature alignment and drive roadmap planning with NTN Handset OEMs globally. You will bridge the gap between engineering teams across satellite RAN, Core, and industry-leading 5G Handsets to ensure we seamlessly connect people anywhere on Earth.
This role requires deep technical mastery of 3GPP control and user plane protocols, extensive experience with 4G/5G Handset launch, product lifecycle and device portfolio management, and the ability to translate customer experiences and user stories into detailed product requirements. The Senior Product Manager - Technical (PMT) will be at the forefront of defining NTN device requirements and building 0-to-1 satellite systems for consumer, business, and government customers globally.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
