Haalufa USA, Inc. is seeking 3 experienced Project Principal Consultants to join our PMO Group in the DMV area (Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC). This senior role involves guiding complex projects, bridging business strategy with technical execution, and delivering high-value solutions for key clients.

You will lead a team of 4–6 professionals, manage resources, and ensure continuity during vacancies. A bachelor degree is required; PMI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMI Certification preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience as supervisor or manager leading a team.
• Experience in Software development, IT, Industrial Construction Rail, and Transportation.

Responsabilités

• Defines project vision and ensures alignment with business goals.
• Oversees complex project plans, resources and timelines.
• Builds trust with clients and serves as primary point of contact.
• Mentors junior consultants and communicates with senior stakeholders.
• Develops and implements project management standards and templates.

• Supports client work during vacancies and ensures continuity.
