Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a seasoned Project Manager - PMO in Jersey City, NJ, to own PMO activities across banking technology programs. You will work with PMs, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to track plans, governance, and financials.

The role requires extensive PMO experience, banking domain knowledge, and strong Agile execution. Expect regular executive reporting, RAID management, and up-to-date governance artefacts; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PMO/Project Management or related roles.
• 5+ years PMO experience mandatory with hands-on artifacts.
• 5+ years in Banking/Financial Services tech or change initiatives.
• 5+ years in Agile delivery with ceremonies, planning and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on PMO activities and own PMO artifacts.
• Track plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables with teams.
• Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and executive reviews.
• Maintain RAID logs and escalate items needing attention.
• Support governance forums, steering committees, and program reviews.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, actuals, and resource costs.
• Coordinate cross-workstream views and provide program status.
• Travel up to 50% to Brazil as required.
