Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Product Implementation Project Manager- S&P to lead large product implementations with customization. You will drive clients and internal teams to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder leadership, and P&L accountability, with 2 days per week on-site at client locations in Princeton. A PMI-based methodology background and extensive experience in financial services are favored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree & 8+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, product development in financial services domain OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to post trade automation business domain OR similar experience.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex IT transformation projects within the financial services industry.
• Good written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels.
• Good business knowledge in post trade automation space.
• Excellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills.
• Training or understanding of standard project management methodologies e.g. PMI.

Responsibilities

• Driving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates and budget.
• Project management, leadership, dependency management and cross-group collaboration skills with a proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders/partners.
• Ability to engage competently with client at all levels of the organization.
• P&L responsibility for the project.
• Contribute as required to process improvements, pre-sales and team development initiatives within the team.
