Job summary

Leupold + Stevens, Inc. is seeking a PMO Portfolio Resource Manager to oversee enterprise resource planning, portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance.

You will partner with Executives, Directors, and the PMO to shape the project portfolio, optimize talent deployment, and support senior leadership in making informed decisions. You will lead the governance cadence for the Executive Steering Committee and provide strategic insights on staffing, scheduling, and prioritization across all

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, operations, or related field required; Master’s in business administration preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program portfolio management, resource planning, or enterprise PMO leadership.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Executives and Director-level leaders in strategic decision-making.
• Strong expertise in portfolio management, capacity planning, prioritization frameworks, and governance processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to convey complex data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization-wide resource planning, portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance.
• Shape the project portfolio, optimize talent deployment, and support high-level decision making.
• Lead governance cadence for the Executive Steering Committee and advise senior leadership on tradeoffs and alignment.
• Manage enterprise intake process and ensure initiatives align with strategy, capacity, benefits, and risks.
• Provide executive-level portfolio reporting including resourcing insights, risks, decisions, scenarios, and recommendations.
