Allstate seeks a Senior Manager of Project and Program Management on the Claims Strategy team. This role leads a PMO, partners across Claims and the enterprise to drive priorities, allocate resources, and deliver measurable value through complex programs.

Responsibilities include governance, budgeting, talent development, and stakeholder alignment to achieve department goals and outcomes. Strong leadership and strategic influence are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of Program Management Office (PMO) experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving strategic business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and leads the Project/Program team in capturing all work activities, prioritization, tracking, resource allocation, and reporting of key priorities and projects/programs.
• Oversees, manages and operates within a budget and fiscal responsibilities.
• Provides input on staffing needs, talent development, performance management, and succession planning to senior leadership and mid-level managers.
• Leads or assists in the evaluation of strategic initiatives, including cost benefit and/or resource analysis for identified projects/programs.
• Ensures all projects proceed according to plans and timelines, meeting targets and operating parameters.
