TE Connectivity Rochester is seeking a Sr. Manager, Systems & Processes to lead PMO initiatives in building scalable processes, systems, workflows, and operating mechanisms across programs.

You’ll work with cross-functional leaders to translate business needs into practical solutions for planning, governance, data, automation, reporting, and execution. The role begins remotely with a transition to hybrid work; relocation to Rochester is preferred and US Eastern Time Zone candidates are favored.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in PMO leadership, program management, or operations.
• Experience in hardware, optics, semiconductor, electronics, or complex manufacturing.
• Experience with NPI, equipment development, industrialization, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven ability to build or improve operating models, processes, and governance.
• Experience implementing systems/tools that support execution.

Responsabilités

• Define and improve end-to-end operating models across product, equipment, manufacturing, and factory programs.
• Establish scalable workflows, governance, decision forums, cadences, handoffs, and escalation paths.
• Clarify roles, ownership, dependencies, and interfaces across teams.
• Standardize PMO practices across planning, milestones, schedules, risks, issues, changes, and reporting.
• Build dashboards to track strategic goals and execution health.
