Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking a technically strong and analytically minded PMO Analyst to build, administer, and continuously improve the platform intelligence layer that powers Ezee Fiber’s 6-state FTTH build portfolio.

The PMO Analyst owns the technical and analytical backbone of the department: Control Center workspace administration, executive dashboard development, workflow automation, variance alignment and portfolio reporting that surfaces risk and opportunity to Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, construction management, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years in PMO/operations/analyze/related role.

Responsibilities

• Administer Smartsheet Control Center across markets and vendor portfolios.
• Build and maintain automated workflows and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity and cross-system data alignment.
• Produce weekly/monthly executive portfolio reports.
• Support governance and standardized PMO processes.
