Job summary

Fortvita Biologics is seeking a Sr. Manager/Associate Director, Program Management to lead planning and execution of clinical development programs within the R&D portfolio.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive integrated development plans, ensure milestones are met, and provide portfolio analytics to enable informed budgeting and resourcing decisions. Strong Phase 2/3 experience is essential, with ongoing oversight of governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or life sciences field.
• Experience driving timelines, milestones, and alignment across drug development functions.
• Direct Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical development experience.
• Experience with portfolio management, reporting, and governance.
• Proficiency with project/portfolio management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Planisware).

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria for Phase 2 and Phase 3 programs.
• Develop integrated cross-functional development plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Drive execution against key milestones, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and timeline impacts.
• Coordinate delivery of critical clinical development milestones with Clinical Operations and Biometrics.
• Support portfolio analytics, decision-making, and governance for investment decisions.
