Fortvita Biologics in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Sr. Manager, Program Management to lead planning and execution of clinical development programs (Phase 2/3) and drive cross-functional alignment across Clinical, QA, CMC, BD, Commercial, and Finance.

You will develop integrated development plans, manage milestones, budgets, and resources, and provide portfolio analytics to inform investments. This role reports to the Head of PMO and requires a track record of delivering complex biotech

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or life sciences field.
2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
2+ years of project/program management leading cross-functional drug development programs.

Responsabilités

Define program scope, milestones, and success criteria for Phase 2 and Phase 3 programs.
Develop integrated cross-functional development plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts.
Drive execution against milestones, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and timeline impacts.
Coordinate delivery of critical clinical development milestones with Clinical Operations and Biometrics.
Support portfolio prioritization and governance through analytics and reporting.
