Toyota Material Handling North America is seeking a Senior Manager PMO - New Product Development to coordinate and drive multiple projects across functional areas. You will set milestones, assign leads, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong governance and stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of PM experience, PMP/degreet, and a proven ability to lead in a matrix environment while optimizing processes and budgets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Bachelor's degree or PMP recommended.
• Strong project management skills including planning, leadership, budgeting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for small/moderately complex projects.
• Lead and direct the work of others.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate project scope and objectives to stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor progress.
• Develop, implement, and manage governance, controls, and services.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Support technical discussions and negotiations with suppliers.
• Prepare reports for upper management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
