Qualifications

• 6–8 years in technology, digital product management, or clinical systems; manager or senior IC level.
• Product owner or product manager for enterprise tech solutions.
• Translate business needs into technology requirements.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, life sciences).
• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Portfolio & Project Management platforms; ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with R&D and Supply Chain to gather requirements and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead prioritization to balance business value, compliance, and timelines.
• Be accountable for product performance and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with development teams to support agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and releases.
• Improve portfolio management processes, tools, and governance models.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure measurable value across teams.
• Demonstrate Credo and leadership behaviors in all interactions.
• Lead AI, analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms and accelerate product development.
