Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an experienced Portfolio leader to own the enterprise Integrated Clinical Portfolio Roadmap, aligning study plans with product, regulatory, supply, launches, and lifecycle priorities. You will convert plans into time-phased demand and maintain rolling forecasts across multiple functions.

You will drive governance, risk management, and portfolio analytics, supporting decision rights and prioritization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Engineering or related field is required.
10+ years in clinical program/portfolio management in MedTech, devices, diagnostics, or life sciences.
Strong clinical study design, regulatory and product development knowledge.
Familiarity with PMO governance/portfolio frameworks; proficiency with Smartsheet/Power BI/Wrike/Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise Integrated Clinical Portfolio Roadmap and align it with product, regulatory, and lifecycle priorities.
Lead Supply and Demand Integration to forecast equipment, materials, and inventory across functions.
Own governance cadence and decision support with portfolio analytics and scenario planning.
Coordinate PMO across Scientific Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Drive PMO maturity and continuous improvement; coach partners on integrated planning.
