Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Project Analyst (PMO Governance) to join an established enterprise organization in Salisbury, NC. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 3 days per week and focuses on governance, business analysis, and process improvement across technology initiatives.

You will liaise between stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to ensure adherence to methodologies, governance frames, and delivery standards, while supporting dashboards and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or related roles.
• Experience supporting project governance, PMO operations, or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO governance processes, standards, and best practices across technology and business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, status reports, RAID logs, and flow diagrams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate project intake, governance reviews, and lifecycle activities.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and KPIs; prepare leadership dashboards.
