Oracle in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced program leader to drive end-to-end data center construction and network build initiatives. You will coordinate design, engineering, and operations to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with strong vendor management and risk controls.

The role requires strategic planning, hands-on project management, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale data center construction projects.
• Ability to plan, scope, schedule, and budget complex programs.
• Strong liaison skills with design, engineering, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center construction programs from approach to delivery.
• Plan long-term strategies for data center and network build projects.
• Coordinate design and construction activities ahead of contracting.
• Oversee all project phases, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out, LV integration, and handover to operations.
• Negotiate and manage external vendors and contracts.
• Develop and manage project budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
• Communicate with stakeholders and maintain quality standards.
