Job summary

Chime is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for its Lending product ecosystem in San Francisco. You will own how we bring the product to market, craft compelling narratives, and align cross-functional teams to drive adoption and responsible growth.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, Lending. Expect a base salary range of $150,000–$208,000 with bonus eligibility, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of product marketing experience with 3+ years in consumer lending or regulated financial services.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy and measurable outcomes in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong grounding in audience insights, competitive intelligence, targeting, positioning, and messaging.
• Experience partnering with Product, Growth, Brand, Analytics, Legal and Compliance.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer narratives.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform strategy and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute go-to-market strategy for Chime’s Lending product from launch through scale.
• Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging to drive adoption.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Growth, Brand, and Analytics.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap through customer insights and market understanding.
• Own business outcomes: improve adoption, engagement, and retention with data-informed marketing.
• Partner with Growth and Lifecycle teams for multichannel execution and optimization.
