Chime is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Lending to own strategy, prioritization, and end‑to‑end execution across Engineering, Design, Risk, Legal, and Finance in San Francisco. You will shape the future of lending for millions of members and drive growth in a profitable, scalable product.

This role offers a base salary of $165,000–$215,000, bonus eligibility, competitive equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading consumer product strategy and execution for high‑impact digital products.
• Proven track record owning complex product areas with measurable business outcomes (growth/monetization).
• Experience building or managing lending, credit, or other consumer financial products is strongly preferred.
• Experience making strategic product decisions in cross‑functional environments with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Risk, and business partners.
• Strong product intuition backed by data, with the ability to prioritize effectively and make tradeoffs.
• Experience delivering exceptional user experiences by simplifying complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Lending product strategy and roadmap end-to-end, balancing member impact, business growth, and platform investments.
• Lead the next chapter of growth by expanding lending use cases and member experiences.
• Reimagine lending by delivering innovative, responsible financial products that help members progress.
• Drive product decisions across the full lifecycle, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance.
• Make high‑conviction prioritization decisions and align cross‑functional teams around a clear vision and outcomes.
• Use customer insights, experimentation, and data to continuously improve the member experience and grow a profitable business.
• Serve as the product leader from strategy through launch with clear direction and execution.
