Job summary

DigitalOcean in Seattle seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager II to lead positioning for the AI-Native Cloud and scale our GTM motions. You will partner with sales, product, and customers to sharpen ICP, build compelling pitches, and drive enablement that wins deals.

You will shape how the AI-Native Cloud appears on the web, turn customer outcomes into stories, and drive cross-functional launches. This role reports to the PMM leadership and offers a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B product marketing, with experience marketing to developers or platform audiences.
• Strong storyteller and writer who can turn messy inputs into a sharp narrative.
• Sales enablement chops; built ICP work, pitches, and enablement that reps use.
• Customer storytelling across interviews, case studies, and joint PR.
• Comfort with technical products and AI-native fluency; able to discuss with PMs/engineers.

Responsibilities

• Sharpen ICP and positioning for the AI-Native Cloud; own ICP one-pager and differentiation narrative.
• Lead sales enablement for the AI-Native Cloud; build pitch decks, talk tracks, and battlecards.
• Shape web positioning and messaging on layer/product/customer pages in partnership with the web team.
• Lead customer storytelling end-to-end: interviews, case studies, joint announcements.
• Drive thought leadership with executive voices; bylines and keynote narratives.
• Run launches as a system; orchestrate cross-functional launches across product, engineering, sales, partnerships, and comms.
• Define goals and success measures; ensure consistency and reuse across surfaces.
• Keep the corporate narrative tight; link launches to the AI-Native Cloud through-lines.
