Mercor is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape the evals and post-training offerings for technical buyers. You will own the core narrative, including positioning and messaging, and drive end-to-end launches in collaboration with product, research, and GTM teams to move deals and build pipeline.

You will lead buyer research, develop proof points, enable the sales team, and own competitive positioning.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years of product marketing at a B2B company.
• Helped define or reshape a category.
• Experience in small marketing teams with cross-functional responsibilities.
• Market to technical buyers and engage in evals with researchers.
• Exceptional writing with high quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Create category POV and translate it into buyer-facing narratives.
• Own positioning and messaging for evals and post-training offerings.
• Plan and run launches end to end with product, research, and marketing teams.
• Conduct buyer research with AI researchers, data leads, and enterprise teams.
• Provide sales enablement materials, pitch decks, and proofs of value.
• Own competitive positioning and pricing insights.
• Develop customer proof through case studies and references.
• Collaborate on campaigns to build pipeline for evals and post-training.
