• 5–12+ years hands-on in ATE test development for analog/digital/mixed-signal PMIC testing.
• Experience in C++, Perl, Python programming.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers.
• Proficient with ATE analog/digital instruments and debugging tests.
• Hands-on debugging of analog products with serial bus interfaces.
• Experience with test hardware and test program development.
