ACT1 Federal seeks a Senior PMA Operations & Process Lead to direct cross‑PMA operations, oversee taskers and deliverables, and coordinate PMA-226 program office activities at Cherry Point, NC. The role requires senior expertise, independent operation, and disciplined processes within a complex Naval Aviation program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, engineering, public administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience in program/project management, operations, or related duties.
• Minimum 7 years supporting NAVAIR/Naval Aviation Enterprise.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and present data on PMA programs, requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
• Develop and execute cross-PMA processes and improvement efforts.
• Draft responses to senior taskers, executive briefings, and Congressional inquiries.
• Manage files, briefs, taskers, and program office information repositories.
• Provide daily oversight and guidance to junior contractor personnel.
• Prepare PMA office notes, COOP/EAPls, and other directives as required.
• Coordinate meetings and executive-level program products.
• Identify gaps and implement more efficient workflows.
