Job summary

Clark Bros., Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a $150M utility-scale solar EPC project in Virginia.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role overseeing safety, engineering coordination, procurement, scheduling, subcontract management, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of EPC construction PM experience, strong leadership and client relations skills, and a track record delivering large renewable energy projects from award through commissioning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience, with EPC experience.
• Experience managing utility-scale solar EPC projects valued at $75M+.
• Experience from contract award through commissioning.
• Knowledge of EPC contracts, procurement, scheduling, forecasting, and subcontracting.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets and cost reporting.
• Proven leadership, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred.
• OSHA and construction safety knowledge; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for a $150M utility-scale solar EPC project.
• Lead project execution from notice to proceed through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, cost forecasts, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with field leadership to drive safety and schedule performance.
• Manage engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and major equipment.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost-at-completion reporting.
• Lead client meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare and manage change orders and contract modifications.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate startup, commissioning, punch lists, and closeout.
• Mentor engineers and staff, promoting teamwork and safety compliance.
