Job summary

MITRE in the United States is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support enterprise programs on site. You will help develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and communications, while ensuring timely delivery and quality artifacts across multiple projects.

You will apply AI approaches to project management, assist with reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scope, metrics, and successful outcomes in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree with related experience in project, program and risk management.
• Experience with AI tools applied to project management is a plus.
• PM knowledge and/or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination for MITRE projects.
• Implementation and maintenance of project schedules.
• Implementation and maintenance of project risk register(s).
• Research associated with specific project requirements.
• Handling of project logistics, including meeting management and facilitation.
• Project communications and reporting (includes generation of project periodic reports).
• Management of project artifacts.
• Application of AI approaches to project management.
