Nextpower LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager based in Nashville, TN, with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 off-site) or TN-only remote with monthly travel to the Nashville office.

• Minimum 8-12 years of PM experience in energy, construction, mining, oil & gas fields.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee projects from PO to commissioning and own all aspects.
• Manage one or more direct reports and develop the portfolio of customers.
• Provide technical support and ensure best-in-class customer experience.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and P&L including revenue forecasting and invoicing.
