Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team of professionals.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
