Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager in the St. Louis area to lead and deliver complex commercial construction projects from planning through completion.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction management.
• Proven track record delivering commercial projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, contract negotiation and client service skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and milestones.
