Amazon Music is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Management – Technical to serve as the Single Threaded Leader for Music Royalties and to lead the Partner Royalites, Payments and Experience organization. This role owns the full royalty payment ecosystem and works with labels, publishers, and distributors across the partner lifecycle.

The role reports into Music Licensing leadership and collaborates with Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Content, and other teams.

Qualifications

6+ years of team management experience.
2+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the royalty payment ecosystem across 45+ countries.
Lead a team of product managers through innovation and new product development.
Drive financial automation programs to reduce manual effort and scale payments.
Serve as the primary product liaison across Content Acquisition, Global Finance, Tax, Accounting, Legal, Label Relations, and Publishing Operations.
Own operational SLAs for month-end payment cycles.
Define and execute programs addressing executive goals around payment automation and transparency.
Manage relationships with label and publisher partners on reporting and payments.
Drive product strategy for partner-facing reporting and data platforms.
