Amazon Music is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Management - Technical to lead the royalty payment ecosystem and partner-facing experiences for 45+ countries. You will own the vision, drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Content teams, and manage a PM organization focused on automation and accuracy in payments.

You will shape product strategy, deliver end-to-end roadmap, and mentor PM leaders, while ensuring reliable month-end processes and scalable partner

Qualifications

6+ years of team management experience.
2+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Amazon Music's royalty payment ecosystem across 45+ countries.
Lead a team of PMs through innovation and new product development.
Drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy in payments.
Serve as the primary product liaison across Content Acquisition, Global Finance, Tax, and Legal.
Own monthly close operations and ensure timely royalty payments.
Build partner-facing reporting and data platforms for self-service experiences.
