Job summary

Agility Robotics in Fremont, CA seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the perception and learned capabilities for Digit. You will shape the product strategy at the intersection of robotics and AI, translating customer needs into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with perception, ML, robotics, autonomy, simulation, and software teams to drive roadmap, define evaluation methods, and guide production readiness with a strong emphasis on scalable, real-world robot

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management or equivalent leadership experience in robotics, autonomous systems, AI/ML, computer vision, or a deeply technical product environment.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, perception, robotics, autonomous systems, or related technical domains.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering and research teams.
• Experience translating ambiguous customer problems into measurable technical capability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the perception and world understanding capabilities roadmap: define the product strategy, priorities, and roadmap for perception-enabled and learned robot capabilities.
• Define capability outcomes: translate customer workflows into clear requirements for perception, scene understanding, object understanding, and learned behaviors.
• Establish performance metrics: define metrics and evaluation criteria for perception and learned capabilities including accuracy, robustness, latency, and production readiness.
• Drive capability maturity: progress capabilities from research to production deployment.
• Bridge AI technology and product needs: translate needs into model requirements, datasets, training systems, tooling, and infrastructure.
• Drive generalisation: move capabilities toward reusable models that work across objects and environments.
