Job summary

Amazon in Washington state seeks a Senior Program Manager for Cost & Carrier Integration in WW Reverse Logistics Services. You will own transportation cost strategy across multiple carriers, drive carrier integrations, and optimize costs while maintaining customer experience.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, develop metrics, and report progress to senior leadership, shaping the reverse logistics network for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience with technology usage.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience managing carrier relationships and/or transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end transportation cost strategy across multiple carriers and reverse logistics lifecycle.
• Manage cost reporting and insights across business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR).
• Lead carrier integrations and define launch success criteria across CX, operational, quality, and traceability parameters.
• Define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes for carrier integration rollouts.
• Develop metrics for cost, CX, loss, traceability, quality, and pickup success; track against SLAs.
• Scale services and tools to support growth across carrier-managed stores and pickup networks.
