Job summary

Reddit is building a real-time notifications platform (in-app, push, email) to surface relevant content at the right time. You will partner with a Senior Group Product Manager to drive growth, addressability, and post-click experiences across high-traffic channels.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, strong SQL skills, and a track record of defining roadmaps, running experiments, and aligning diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience growing at-scale consumer products.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL queries.
• Experience developing long-term strategies and roadmaps; setting OKRs.
• Experience with running and measuring experiments; data-driven decisions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design).
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Comfort with fast-paced experimentation and learning.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute product vision and strategy for Notifications Engagement, focused on improving user retention.
• Maintain and communicate a prioritized roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with design, data, engineering, and PM to frame problems and backlog.
• Participate in quarterly planning; prioritize initiatives and dependencies.
• Analyze feature/experiment results and share insights with the team.
• Synthesize data-driven insights to improve personalization and product features.
• Work with internal teams to launch features impacting growth.
• Lead market and usability research to identify opportunities and strategy.
