Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• PE license recognized by licensing board.
• MS Office and MS Project experience; Access a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor pump station and pipeline projects.
• Lead engineering/design, specifications, planning and budgeting.
• Establish client relations and lead meetings.
• Coordinate staffing and workload across projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Support business development, including proposals and client interaction.
• Mentor staff and participate in professional groups within HDR.
