Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a 12-month remote role in Precision Medicine. You will drive cross-functional governance, plan complex initiatives, and coordinate with biology, clinical, IT, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include establishing new laboratory footprint, LIMS implementation, SOP governance, and executive reporting. Strong PM leadership and regulatory awareness are required for success.

Qualifications

• PhD and/or Master’s degree with 2+ years PM experience or Bachelor’s with 4+ years PM experience or Associate’s with 6+ years PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities supporting establishment of the new laboratory footprint.
• Drive execution of LIMS implementation including planning, timelines, governance, budget coordination, risk management and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate development and implementation of laboratory operational processes, governance models, and SOPs.
• Support planning and execution of pilot assay transfers ensuring alignment across laboratory operations, scientists, quality, IT, and external partners.
• Provide PM support for strategic platform and technology development initiatives across CfTI.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and milestones.
