Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Payment Method Simulator to drive end-to-end testing across global merchant integrations. You will own the simulation platform, balancing breadth of coverage with per-method accuracy while expanding testing to all Adyen platforms such as Financial products, Uplift, Loyalty, and Giving.

You will lead cross-team initiatives, define the strategy for a unified testing experience, and pioneer AI-native testing.

Qualifications

8+ years of product leadership, preferably platform or infrastructure products.
Proactively explore AI-powered testing solutions and apply them to workflows.
Proven track record building developer tooling and API-first platforms at scale.
Experience driving adoption of shared testing platforms across multiple teams.
Decisive, data-driven leader who balances speed and quality.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy for confidence-to-go-live in Adyen ecosystems.
Lead the Payments Simulation platform to test flows end-to-end.
Expand testing capabilities to cover full integrations beyond payments.
Drive cross-team adoption and align stakeholders around shared outcomes.
Unify fragmented testing tools into a self-service platform with clear deprecation timelines.
Pioneer AI-native testing and ensure machine-readable tooling for developers.
