Qualifications

• 8+ years of product leadership on platform or infrastructure products serving internal teams and external developers.
• AI-curious: actively explore Agentic AI integrations and apply them to testing workflows.
• Platform & API thinking: experience building developer tooling and API-first platforms at scale.
• Cross-team adoption & stakeholder management across regions and functions.
• Analytical rigor: base decisions on data and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Strategy: define how merchants go live with confidence using testing tools and guidance.
• Lead Payments Simulation: manage end-to-end tests for global payment flows without live connections.
• Expand Beyond Payments: extend testing to financial products, Uplift, Loyalty, and Giving.
• Drive Adoption Across Teams: align regions and functions to shared testing infrastructure.
• Consolidate and Simplify: unify tools into a self-service experience and deprecate legacy solutions.
• Pioneer AI-Native Testing: shape AI agent interactions with our testing platform.
• Build the Full Testing Journey: automate go-live validation and dev sandbox workflows.
