Northrop Grumman is seeking a PM&P Material Process Engineering Manager 3 in Roy, UT to lead the SDS PM&P design discipline. The role includes planning, design reviews, supplier management, and EVM integration for large programs. A DoD Secret clearance is required, with relocation assistance possibly available.
You will mentor engineers and coordinate across design, manufacturing, procurement and quality teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective solutions.
Competenze
- Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance at time of application
- 3+ years as Cost Account Manager (CAM) with cost/schedule baselines
- Bachelor/Master in Engineering with relevant fields and experience
Mansioni
- Lead PM&P design discipline within SDS Design Engineering
- Develop PM&P plans for design, development, production, test, sustainment
- Advise on material selection, process feasibility, manufacturability and cost
- Manage supplier relationships to meet technical, quality, schedule, and security requirements
- Chair PM&P Control Board and present status to leadership
- Incorporate EVM forecasts for programs typically >$50M
- Prepare proposals and position papers with cost and technical input
- Mentor junior engineers on PM&P best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve part/material challenges
