Job summary

Greenberry Industrial Construction in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, technically complex construction projects at a high-tech semiconductor facility. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and commissioning, acting as the primary client liaison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive PM experience in industrial construction, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or similar.
• Ability to lead onsite teams in fast-paced, highly coordinated environments.
• Proven track record in managing large, multimillion-dollar projects with schedule, cost, safety and quality responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex construction projects from contract award through closeout in a high-tech facility.
• Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, and procurement strategies.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and client requirements for on-site work.
• Coordinate with field supervision, engineering, procurement, contractors, and client teams for execution alignment.
• Oversee critical path activities, milestones, and recovery plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead change management, including scope review, pricing, and change orders.
• Provide timely project reporting on financials, schedule status, risks, and staffing.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, engineers and controls staff.
