Job summary

Greenberry Industrial Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex industrial construction projects at a high-tech semiconductor facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

This onsite role oversees planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement coordination, subcontractor management, execution, commissioning support, turnover, and closeout while serving as the primary customer and stakeholder interface.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in industrial construction, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, high-tech, or similarly complex construction environments.
• Proven track record managing large, multimillion-dollar projects with schedule, cost, safety, quality, and client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex construction projects from contract award through final closeout in a high-tech semiconductor facility.
• Develop and manage detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, procurement strategies, and workface planning.
• Drive performance against scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
