Job summary

Greenberry is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex industrial construction projects on a Phoenix, Arizona high‑tech semiconductor site. This onsite role oversees planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractors, and turnover while serving as the main client interface.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in industrial construction, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or similarly complex environments.
• Demonstrated success leading large, multimillion-dollar construction projects with schedule, cost, safety, quality, and client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex construction projects from contract award through final closeout in a high-tech semiconductor facility environment.
• Develop and execute detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and workface planning.
• Drive performance against scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, productivity, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate closely with field supervision, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and client representatives to maintain alignment.
• Oversee critical path activities and recovery plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, scope gaps, constructability issues, and resource constraints.
