Job summary

Greenberry Industrial Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex industrial construction projects on site at a high-tech semiconductor facility in Phoenix, AZ. You will own planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement coordination, subcontractor management, execution, commissioning support, turnover, and closeout.

This role requires a seasoned leader with experience managing schedule-driven environments, focusing on safety, quality, cost control, and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CM/Engineering.
• 7+ years PM experience in industrial construction or semiconductor environments.
• Strong contracts, controls, scheduling, procurement and risk expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex construction projects from award to closeout.
• Develop detailed execution plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Manage safety, quality, and cost control while aligning with client objectives.
• Coordinate with field, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement recovery plans.
