Waymo LLC, a leader in autonomous driving technology, seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own end-to-end platform validation for next-gen vehicle platforms. You will drive strategy across perception evaluation, simulation, and real-world testing, coordinating with hardware, firmware, and software teams to accelerate bring-up and deployment.

We value strong analysis, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex validation challenges into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or technical program leadership in autonomous tech or robotics
• Translate complex validation into clear requirements, metrics and roadmaps
• Strong capacity planning and resource optimization for hardware/compute assets
• Systems thinking across sensors, compute, firmware and fleet operations
• Influence diverse stakeholders without direct authority
• BS/MS in a technical field or equivalent experience

Responsabilités

• Own New Platform Perception Evaluation strategy across platforms
• Lead planning for Simrack capacity, demand forecasting and test coverage
• Define CC-RO testing strategy with Systems Engineering
• Define vision and roadmap for RO Deployment ADC in autonomous testing
• Align internal trips with vehicle supply, fleet allocation and operations partners
• Collaborate with Hardware, Systems Eng, Firmware and Diagnostics to accelerate bring-up
