You will manage cost, schedule, technical compliance, and government contract alignment across dispersed locations, directing contractor teams to ensure synchronized execution and timely delivery. Requires 10+ years in IT project management, DoD secret clearance, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Five years in IT project management within the last 10 years.
• Two years as program manager for major enterprise infrastructure upgrades.
• Two years managing multiple IT/ communications projects with IMS and WBS.
• Recent experience with wireless and private mobile network infrastructure including 5G.
• PMI PMI-Project Management Professional Certification and/or PgMP.
• At least two years managing IT projects with multiple task orders under Cost Plus constructs.
• Effective oral and written communication with Government leadership.
• Knowledge of DoW or federal contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS) and acquisition processes.
• Experience with contract changes, REAs, and proposal development.
• Coordination with Contracts, Legal, Supply Chain, and Subcontracts for large purchases.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• 25%+ CONUS travel.
• PM located in Washington, DC commuting area with potential remote or hybrid work.

• Lead contractor personnel across dispersed sites ensuring coordinated execution and modernization activities.
• Manage concurrent projects with IMS-based planning, WBS structures and dependency-driven scheduling.
• Provide stakeholder engagement, reporting, issue resolution and strategic program guidance.
• Own accountability for program quality, efficiency, profitability and risk management.
