Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to Lead planning, directing, and coordinating high-voltage transmission and distribution projects nationwide, including Piketon, OH travel. Responsibilities cover budgeting, scheduling, staffing, subcontractor management, safety, and quality control.

You will drive pre-construction activities, manage submittals, cost reporting, and client communications while coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Experience: 7-10 years of project management in high-voltage electric transmission and distribution construction or related field.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; project management software experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business; advanced degree or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction efforts in bid preparation, contract and exhibit review, and execution planning.
• Lead budget projections for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project costs stay within forecasted budget and implement cost-saving measures.
• Develop and manage SOV and billing packages; provide cost forecasting and reporting.
• Review cost reports and seek cost reductions while maintaining productivity.
• Prepare and manage subcontracts, vendors, and documentation.
