Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Product Operations within the Member Experience & Digital Health space. You will own the operational health of the digital member experience, drive improvements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement long-term solutions.

The role focuses on strengthening backend systems, data flows, APIs and integrations to support scalable, reliable member experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or operations.
• Strong knowledge of backend systems, APIs and data flows.
• Experience leading incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work with enterprise IT and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational health and optimization of Member Experience & Digital Health platforms.
• Lead triage and remediation of complex issues across teams.
• Drive root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, DTS, Data, Ops and vendors.
• Monitor KPIs and platform performance for continuous improvement.
• Translate technical issues into business impacts for leadership.
• Prioritize backlog and roadmap balancing value and feasibility.
• Champion scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.
