Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design and commercialization for key products. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and QA to keep projects on track and within budget.

You will drive lifecycle planning, resource allocation, and governance, while advancing product development in a compliant, fast-paced medical device environment. Remote/hybrid work options are available in the U.S.

• Plans and directs software/systems projects, manages budget, schedule and resources.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management expertise and leadership to a multi-functional core team from Concept through Commercialization following Tandem’s standard process for product development and/or design change.
• Plans and directs all aspects of software/systems projects with cost analysis, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Leads process improvement initiatives related to product development and project management.
• Communicates regular project status updates to executive leadership.
• Ensures compliance with Privacy/HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
