Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Commissioning to lead our Mechanical or Electrical Engineer-Commissioning team in Nashville or Raleigh with hybrid work options. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commissioning, strong client engagement, and a track record of delivering complex commissioning projects across education, healthcare, and federal sectors.

You will manage a commissioning team, develop client relationships, and drive BD opportunities while ensuring rigorous testing,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
10+ years of experience in commissioning or related field.
Commissioning experience.
Commissioning process certification preferred or ability to acquire within first 6 months.
Business development experience a plus.
Professional Engineering License a plus or ability to acquire.
Self-motivated with highly developed verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Doer-Seller: Find the work and execute it.
Coordinate with the commissioning team to execute projects and uphold commitments.
Inspect building systems and create testing and closeout documents.
Lead the commissioning team and provide technical and process management support.
Travel approximately 50% of the time.
