Job summary

Avangrid seeks a Senior Project Manager to coordinate Substation and Transmission projects across New York, Maine and Connecticut. Responsible for resource planning, budgeting, investment strategies, and project execution, you will manage internal and external teams, ensure compliance, and lead in regulatory settings.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 8+ years in energy industry recommended.
Experience: 8+ years in energy industry required; contract negotiations and supplier management experience.
Permitting: Proven experience obtaining siting permits.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities for Substation and/or Transmission projects in NY, ME, and CT.
Manage resource requirements, priorities, and project execution strategy.
Oversee project budgets, CWIP, and energization; ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.
Lead project teams including engineers, construction managers, and contractors; ensure quality.
