Cumming Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale luxury hospitality, residential, institutional, higher education, municipal and multi-family projects. You will join our Program & Project Management team and act as Owner's Advisor across all phases, ensuring design, construction and budget alignment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in construction project management.
• Experience on luxury hospitality, residential, institutional, education, municipal or multi-family projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequences and drawings.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management and staff and build partnerships.

Mansioni

• Assist in development and management of project strategic plans and program initiatives.
• Act as Owner’s Advisor for all project phases.
• Oversee planning, design and construction processes and coordinate design/ construction teams.
• Guide clients through design and construction logistics and ownership priorities.
• Coordinate with Architect, Contractor and project team to meet objectives and resolve issues.
• Lead contracts processes including negotiation, drafting and execution.
• Manage project budget and schedule; report to client regularly.
• Lead proposal review, leveling and analysis and present to Client.
• Lead consultant/vendor selection, RFQ/RFP, firm evaluation and terms.
