Job summary

Cumming Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex luxury hospitality, residential, institutional and multi-family projects. You will manage design and construction, coordinate with architects, contractors and clients, and ensure ownership priorities are reflected in planning and execution.

The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, budget and schedule oversight, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
5+ years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
Excellent written and oral communication and business presentation skills.
Ability to interface with all management levels across the organization.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings/specifications.

Responsibilities

Assist in development and management of project strategic plans and programs.
Act as Owner’s Advisor for all project phases.
Oversee design and construction processes from planning to completion.
Coordinate with Architect, Contractor and project team to meet objectives.
Lead contract negotiations, drafting and execution.
Manage project budget and schedule; report progress to client and team.
Lead supplier and consultant selections, RFQ/RFP processes, and term negotiations.
